Hayley is a graduate student at Rutgers University where she also received her masters of science in Psychology. Her work is based upon how we respond to setbacks and obstacles we may experience during goal pursuit.

Erin is a graduate student in the Social Psychology Ph.D. program at Rutgers University. Her work is based on the misperceptions of structural inequalities based on both singular and intersectional social identities.
